Class Description:
This is a 5 to 6 week class 15 classes that will be designed for all fitness levels, with a guarantee of loosing up to 20lbs.
The classes will be approximately 55 minutes long, and will utilize weight/cardio for a guaranteed full body workout each time.
The class will be held three times a week. You can come all three times, but you must attend at least two of the classes for best results.
