New You Challenge

This class is designed to jump start your workout routine and is targeted for those who are willing to learn or add on to their fitness knowledge. Each class will explore different concepts of fitness from developing endurance, core strength, flexibility and weight loss.


BoxingThe new you starts here! Burn 800 to 1000 calories per class in a fun, safe and confidence-building boxing class.


ZumbaZumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements.

Mustle Hustle

imagesIf you want to lose fat or change your body, one of the most important things you can do is lift weights. Diet and cardio are equally important, but when it comes to changing how your body looks, weight training wins hands down.


Cardio Kickboxing

marvin-website-300x200Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. You can burn as many as 500 calories in a one-hour class and achieve a total body workout, according to the American Council on Exercise.



Circuit Training

luis11Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
